I have been going to Melissa for many years. I absolutely love her! She is extremely knowledgeable. I have acne prone skin and she has really helped with my acne, blemishes, scarring, and overall appearance of my face. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming.

I booked my appointment with Madison because I saw her work on instagram, and she did not disappoint!! Seriously go check it out her username is @made_by_madison_np. First thing you should know, she takes her time with you! I’m usually feeling rushed and pressured by doctors but she makes enough time in her schedule to hear your history, your wants, and then tell you what can happen or can not happen. My first lip filler appointment was a year ago at a different location and they did the consultation and injections in 20 minutes. They didn’t ask me really for what I was going for or anything just went for it. Madison had to actually correct their work as they used Juviderm on my small lips and the filler migrated upwards, I had ZERO lip border just a round upper lip. Thank God Madison noticed that off the bat without me saying anything, when most people told me they didnt see what I was even talking about when I tried to show them. She had to dissolve my lips first which was sad but exciting for me to know she was about to do a jam up job next session AND I was going to end up with a border! Finally! Although needles make me nervous, it was calming to hear Madison see where I had veins and all that good stuff in my lips and avoiding certain areas or shifting her technique to do what needed to be done. She truly knows what she is looking at, looking for, and able to do. I’m 3 days post filler injection with her and I have no bumps at all! I cant recommend her enough. She will be real with the potential of your lips while achieving a beautiful end result. I cant wait for my next appointment with her to touch up! P.S- I’d like to add that prices reflect quality of work and don’t skimp and go somewhere unreliable if its cheaper. I didnt do that the first time necessarily, I just know there’s places out there. Invest in your face or its more expensive in the long run. This place is a great outcome for your money, Madison is an excellent investment, an asset to my beauty! Timeless has reasonable prices for fillers, Take the time to save up for them and love your results!

melissa did the subnovii pen treatment all over my face to help with fine lines and wrinkles and boy it helped!! she is the only person i trust with my face! i never knew i needed this until after the fact! thank you melissa!!
