I cannot recommend Kristen Capovilla enough! She is truly amazing with her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure you feel heard and understood. Kristen takes the time to listen to your concerns, making you feel valued and respected. Her professionalism shines through in every interaction, but what really sets her apart is her warm and friendly demeanor—she's a breath of fresh air to be around. I went to the Timeless location in Cumming for Botox with Nicole. I literally drive 70 miles to see her. Yes, she is that good! She is able to achieve a youthful, relaxed and refreshed look for me. Trust me I have had crazy Spock brows with other injectors in the past so that drive is worth it. Also the office and staff there are so sweet and welcoming. The lady at the front desk helped me getting my rewards points set up and informed me about specials such as Botox days. I highly recommend Timeless.

Karina was great! She was incredibly sweet and made sure she understood and listened to what I wanted. The Cumming location is hands down the best!
